We have room for up to 53 people in dormitories. We can offer an evening meal of home made soup, roast pork or « Fondue Savoyarde », followed by cheese and dessert.
During the day we serve a selection of meals, drinks, snacks….our specialities : the blueberry pie and blueberry juice.
There is also an open shelter available off season with no kitchen, no heating.
Alfred Wills gave its name to the current refuge, built by the commune of Sixt in 1980-1981, which is with the site of the old mountain pasture of Anterne (Country cottages of Anterne) which was used by the « communiers » of Sixt during the summer (the “Fonds” is the twin mountain pasture for spring and the autumn), the mountain pasture was repurchased by the commune of Passy in 1901 and was given up in 1961. We are thus on the commune of Passy but in property of Sixt Fer à Cheval.
